Holiday Inn Express Fullerton - Anaheim by IHG

Centrally located. Plenty of food and entertainment in walking distance. New coffee machines are great. Breakfast was superb. Best breakfast I've had at any Holiday Inn. The staff was very attentive and professional. Great views of OC from the 6th floor.

First of all, I would like to extend my sincere thanks to the staff and management of this hotel. Our two-night stay was absolutely wonderful! The front desk lady who checked us in (I wish I had gotten her name) was incredibly friendly and accommodating. There was a small issue with my pre-authorization, but she handled it professionally, as did the manager, Brian. The breakfast was fantastic with plenty of options to choose from. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again in the future!

We stayed here for a few days while traveling and had a great experience. The accommodations were clean and great front desk service. We started the day with their free breakfast. They have a great work out room. Free internet and coffee. Had time to jump in the clean pool. I would stay here again.

We stayed here for three nights at the end of September. We visited Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm and Magic Mountain. The location is a short drive to Disneyland and Knotts and has restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The rooms were clean and updated. The breakfast was the usual items but was well stocked and the staff was friendly. The pool is outdoors and pool towels are provided. There is a shuttle to Disneyland but we had already purchased parking so we didn't use it. Our room was quiet. Only complaint was about the ice machine. We were on the second floor and the ice machine is out a door at the end of the hall, outside. This works fine except at night there is no light out there. It needs a light.

I’m writing this before I even leave the parking lot because I don’t want to forget how great our stay was! The staff at this hotel made our trip absolutely lovely. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed — great air conditioning, a fridge, and a microwave. They even helped us get connecting rooms for the grandparents, parents, and kids, which made things so easy. We were in and out a lot with Disneyland just down the road, and it was such a convenient location. Breakfast was excellent — something for everyone, and it really hit the spot before long park days. What really made the difference, though, was the people. Every single staff member we met — from the front desk to housekeeping and even the maintenance crew — was so sweet, kind, and genuinely hospitable. Everyone went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and happy. Thank you all for making our stay so wonderful. We’ll definitely be back!

I’ve stayed at two other IHG hotels this week, and this was the only one that required the credit card on file along with ID. I’m the authorized user, but my wife made the reservation and was in the car with the kids, so the extra step was unexpected and a bit inconvenient. That said, the stay itself was solid. The rooms were clean, and housekeeping did a good job throughout my visit. I stayed here for a few nights, and overall the property was comfortable. Breakfast was okay One major convenience is that they share a shuttle with the hotel next door for rides to Disneyland—very helpful and efficient. The location is also great, close to the freeway and plenty of shopping and dining options. A few hiccups, but overall a good stay.

Decent price for this hotel. free breakfast buffet from 6am to 9:30am. Be there early since its first come while food is available. it was surprisingly good food n decent amount of selection. they do have an automatic pancake maker under a 1 minute. just be sure to put a plate at the right side of it or it will plop on thr counter top haha. hotel rooms are pretty modern, clean n has enough space. The beds were comfy, and the room had enough storage, table top for working on a laptop with a provided ethernet cable. I will say the wifi is abit slow and multiples couldnt keep a connection. Just be sure tk use a vpn if you decide to use their wifi. bathroom lights are super bright tho, wish it had a dimmer because wooo way too bright. had slight issue with the shower staying warm not sure why. i like how they provide dove shampoo n soap. they have a pool but the area is very small. not many places to sit but since it was winter, it was enough seating haha. the gym is small but it works for what you need it. tv has enough channels n movies as well as youtube, netflix etc has a microwave, mini fridge, keurig coffee maker which is nice n they provide a few refills for you coffee fix. if that's not enough for you they have a fancy 24 hour coffee machine in the lobby dinning area and its moddern touch screen. it is pet friendly and i only heard a dog bark once in the lobby. my dog seemed to enjoy the place n had no issues. i give this place 4.5 stars O.C. Approved!

Great location, close to stores and restaurants. Very clean, staff was friendly, and parking was easy! Overall stay was great would stay here again. Super close to Disneyland and they offer a shuttle service to Disneyland.
